1. We take every measure to ensure that our website clearly displays an item’s stock status, but in the event of high demand for a particular product we may run out of physical stock held by us. In this situation, we will e-mail you with a new delivery date. Alternatively, you will have the option to cancel your order.
2. All orders are double checked by our staff, and in certain circumstances we may require proof of identification before we can dispatch the goods. This is done for your security to help us to prevent and fraudulent use of your details.
3. Pictures of products on the website are displayed as guides only and may change to what we have in stock. Please call or e-mail for up to date product information.
4. Goods are delivered by UPS and USPS and some deliveries may require a signature upon receipt. We may from time to time use a different courier. The shipping options and prices will remain the same.
5. Your card will be not be charged until the day the goods have been shipped. When you place your order we will authorize your card to make sure there are sufficient funds available.
6. All prices listed on web site are in US Dollars and exclude Sales Tax.
7. An order placed on the website is an offer by the customer to PerfumeWave.com to purchase the goods. PerfumeWave.com will accept that order when your product status has been set to 'delivered', at which point a binding contract comes into effect.
8. Orders placed on a business day will be processed in 1-3 business days and will be shipped after the processing time. Business days are M-F 9-4 PM excluding holidays.
9. Order's placed during the weekend will be processed and shipped on Monday, if in stock.
10. Customers in the State of New York or deliveries to the State of New York will be charged Sales Tax at a rate of 8.875%.

13. We reserve the right to decline any order for any reason.
14. The terms and condition are governed by the laws of the State of New York, and any disputes will only be decided in the judicial courts of the State of New York.
15.You may return an item within 15 days after you have received it. Please Login into your account and click on the individual order. You will find a Returns link. Follow the easy instructions to obtain an RMA number.
If you decide for any reason to return an item, please make sure it has not been opened. We will charge a 20% restocking fee for each open item that was returned. Returned item(s) must be in resalable condition. We will issue a refund to your credit card at the time we receive the item back from you. Please note that unless there has been a mistake on our part, the shipping charges will not be refunded. On orders where the shipping is free, we will credit the account for the full amount minus the actual shipping fees paid to the carrier.
We will gladly exchange any item within 15 days you have received. Please make sure you do not open or use an item if you are planning on exchanging an item otherwise there will be a 20% restocking fee.

| For a multiple product order, we will make every attempt to ship all products contained in the order at the same time. Products that are unavailable at the time of shipping will be shipped as they become available, unless you inform us otherwise. You will only be charged for products contained in a given shipment, plus any applicable shipping charges. You will only be charged for shipping at the rate quoted to you on your purchase receipt. The entirety of this shipping charge may be applied to the first product(s) shipped on a multiple shipment order. |

Usually, products ship the same day if ordered by 5:00PM , or by the next business day if your order is received after this time and for orders received on Saturday, Sunday or any major holiday. | We will gladly accept the return of products that are defective due to defects in manufacturing for 15 days from the date of purchase. Fulfillment mistakes that we make resulting in the shipment of incorrect product to you will also be accepted for return 15 days from the date of purchase. |

| Shipping Time -- Most orders received before 5:00PM will ship the same day, provided the product ordered is in stock. Most orders received after 5:00 PM will ship the next business day. Orders are not processed or shipped on Saturday or Sunday, except by prior arrangement.
We cannot guarantee when an order will arrive. Consider any shipping or transit time offered to you by Sample Store or other parties only as an estimate. We encourage you to order in a timely fashion to avoid delays caused by shipping or product availability. |
